Founded in 2017, by Phil Strazzulla and Yash Ambardekar, NextWave Hire originally began as a platform to share stories about company culture. After many iterations and customer conversations we've become a platform and service that empowers companies to better brand themselves and attract more of the right talent.
Our goal is to connect people to the right careers and we do that that by helping companies build beautiful career sites that inform candidates about the things that matter before they apply.
We've worked out of many offices. After realizing we there were only 1 - 2 days per week that we were all in the office together, we decided to go full-remote...which Brian's dog, Benson, absolutely loved!
We use Zoom for meetings and calls, Clubhouse.io for managing projects and workflows, and G-Suite for email and document management.
